2. Data stored on your device
The app has no account and no login. Your game progress is stored only on your device. It is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
If you have not bought the ad-free version, the app shows ads via Google AdMob, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
- Data: device and advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID, IDFA on iOS if you allow tracking), IP address, device and app information, ad interactions.
- Consent: Before the first ad request, the app asks for your consent where required (Google User Messaging Platform). On iOS, the system also asks for permission to track (App Tracking Transparency). Without consent, only non-personalised ads are shown.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for personalised ads; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in financing the app) for non-personalised ads.
- Withdraw consent: Where required (e.g. in the EU and UK), open the notebook in the app and tap “about & legal” → “ad privacy choices”. You can also reset your advertising ID or turn off tracking in your device settings.
After you buy the ad-free version, the ad SDK no longer starts. More: Google Privacy Policy.
4. In-app purchase (RevenueCat)
The one-time purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) to verify purchases. RevenueCat assigns a random, anonymous app user ID and receives purchase receipts from the store. We receive no name, email or payment data.

5. This website
This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited). When you visit it, the server processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver the page and keep it secure. This website uses no cookies and no tracking.

6. Email
If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you, and delete them when the request is done. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Google and RevenueCat may process data in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email us.
